Bear Scaler LLC is a Limited Liability Company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States. We operate Sprink^™, a personal content organization application available on the Apple App Store. References to "we," "us," "our," or "Sprink™" in this policy refer to Bear Scaler LLC.

2a. Information You Provide Directly

• Account information: Name, email address, username, and profile photo when you create an account
• Saved content: URLs, links, and references to content you choose to save through the App
• Screenshots: Images you choose to upload or organize within the App, stored securely in your personal account
• Communications: Messages you send us through our contact form or support channels
• Payment information: Subscription payments are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. We do not collect or store your payment card details directly.

• Usage data: Features used, actions taken within the App, session duration, and frequency of use
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version
• Log data: IP address, timestamps, crash reports, and performance diagnostics
• Analytics: Aggregate, anonymized usage patterns used to improve the App

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Create, maintain, and operate your Sprink^™ account
• Provide, personalize, and improve the App and its features
• Power AI-based automatic categorization of your saved content
• Send essential service communications (account verification, security alerts, policy updates)
• Respond to your support requests and inquiries
• Analyze aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve performance and features
• Comply with applicable legal obligations
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues

We do not use your personal data for advertising, profiling for third-party marketing, or any purpose beyond what is listed above.

4. Information Sharing

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Trusted infrastructure providers (e.g., Google Firebase for cloud storage and authentication) who process data strictly on our behalf under data processing agreements
• With your consent: When you explicitly choose to share a collection with another Sprink™ user
• Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or valid legal process (we will notify you where permitted)
• Safety: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Bear Scaler LLC, our users, or the public
• Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may transfer to the successor entity subject to the same privacy protections

5. Data Security

Bear Scaler LLC implements industry-standard and commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encryption in transit: All data between the App and our servers is encrypted via TLS (Transport Layer Security)
• Encryption at rest: User data stored in Firebase is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
• Secure infrastructure: We use Google Firebase (Google Cloud Platform), which maintains SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other enterprise-grade security certifications
• Access control: Your data is isolated to your account. Internal access by Bear Scaler LLC personnel is strictly limited to authorized individuals on a need-to-know basis
• Authentication: Accounts are protected by secure authentication. We support and encourage strong passwords
• No data selling: Your personal data is never sold or commercially traded

Despite these measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. By using Sprink™, you acknowledge this inherent limitation and agree that Bear Scaler LLC will not be liable for unauthorized access or breaches that occur despite our reasonable security efforts.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Content

Sprink^™ is a personal organization tool that works with publicly accessible links from third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and Reddit. Regarding third-party content:

• We do not have any data-sharing relationship with these platforms
• We do not access your accounts on third-party platforms
• We do not retrieve your private saves, bookmarks, or data from those platforms' servers
• Content you save through Sprink™ is referenced by its public URL only
• If the original post is removed or made private by the source platform, it becomes inaccessible through Sprink™ as well

Bear Scaler LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party platform. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those platforms independently.

7. Screenshots and User-Uploaded Content

When you upload screenshots or images to Sprink™, those files are stored securely in your private account on Firebase Cloud Storage. We use AI analysis solely to help categorize and organize your content within the App. We do not:

• Share your screenshots with third parties
• Use your screenshots to train external AI models
• Analyze your screenshots for advertising purposes
• Make your uploaded images publicly accessible to other users without your explicit action

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated personal data
• Portability: Request your data in a portable, machine-readable format
• Opt-out: Opt out of non-essential communications at any time
• Restriction: Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances

9. California Residents — CCPA Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you additional rights:

• Right to Know: You may request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months
• Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell personal information. This right is therefore not applicable, but we will honor any such request
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA rights

10. European Users — GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our legal basis for processing your data is:

• Contract performance: To provide the Sprink™ service you signed up for
• Legitimate interests: To improve the App, prevent fraud, and ensure security
• Legal obligation: Where required by applicable law
• Consent: Where you have given explicit consent

11. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Specifically:

• Account data is retained until you request deletion or close your account
• Saved content and collections are retained until you delete them or your account is closed
• Log and diagnostic data is retained for up to 90 days
• We may retain certain information longer where required by law or legitimate business need (e.g., billing records)

Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

12. Children's Privacy

Sprink^™ is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information. 13. Cookies and Tracking

The Sprink^™ mobile app does not use browser cookies. We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, which may collect anonymized usage and diagnostic data to help us understand app performance. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. You may opt out of analytics collection through your device settings.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through in-app notification. Your continued use of Sprink™ after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
